- Fleet program for the integrated automation of auto plants. Allows you to keep a record of everything connected with the fleet : what ACCIDENT repairs, fuel, tires, parts, documents, waybills ; reception and processing of orders, accounting work and mutual settlements with drivers, operators and dispatchers work accounting.

Features of the Fleet :

• Maintains records of rental contracts, payments and settling with customers, the history of each car, generates all necessary for work documents and reports.
• The appearance and content of printed documents can be customized by end-users.
• Provided for car reservation ; a visual state change timetable car ( shahmatka ).
• Flexible setting of fares : fares, depending on the number of rental days, hourly rates, pereprokat rates, weekend rates, etc.
• There is support for tariff plans for corporate clients, automation of settling with clients.
• Has a developed system of separating staff access to various functions and reports.

Fleet program is network and allow you to work with a common database simultaneously from several jobs : operators, accountants, managers, Manager. You can access the database from remote branches online.

Fleet works in a single Wednesday with other programs : PSoft car rental and taxi , allowing you to use these programs together in one complex automation auto plants.
